Independent Contractor
As a Virtual Assistant, I am considered an Independent Contractor. This means that I am contracted to perform services for others, without having the legal status of an employee.
As such, I have freelancer expenses. An added benefit is that you don’t have to pay for my medical, vision, basic life ins., dental, travel, EAP, office equipment, training and development, onboarding, pre-employment background checks, etc.
A virtual assistant frees up your time so you can focus on business matters that need your immediate attention. Such as activities that grow your business while your virtual assistant focuses on repetitive and tedious tasks. In addition, I already have the necessary office equipment to complete the job.
This saves you an estimate of 78% in overhead costs you would usually have to provide for a full-time employee.
As such, I charge depending on the needs of my clients. I OFFER:
SOCIAL MEDIA PACKAGES
- SILVER-$250/month
- BRONZE- $550/month
- GOLD-$1000/month
RETAINER PACKAGES
This package is for clients who need reoccurring help in their businesses. For example, a client will prepay for 20 hours of service rendered per month on a reoccurring basis. I will provide details of my time spent each month as a VA. I will supply a report through toggle which is my timekeeping application. I use Asana as a workspace for tracking projects and tasks. The social media package is not included, that is an extra cost.
Retainer Packages:
- 5 hours $100 per hour
- 10 hours $80 per hour
- 20 hours and up, $60 per hour
USABLE HOURS PACKAGES
With this type of pricing method, your client will pay for a certain amount of hours, to be used at their discretion. These hours are not renewed on a monthly basis. I will keep a record of the hours used and once they are used up, the client can choose to purchase another set of hours or not. These hours will expire at 3 months if not used. Hours begin at 5 hours minimum.
All payments are collected upfront via PayPal, or Zelle.
